We use dry ice, ice sheets, and thermal packaging to keep your products frozen and/or chilled in transit. We use extra ice sheets and dry ice during warm weather. 95% of our shipments arrive frozen but we can’t guarantee this. However, your products should still be at a very low temperature when you open your box and therefore suitable to put in your freezer. Refreezing is only dangerous if the product has reached 5C.

We deliver 5 days a week including Saturdays. We don’t deliver on Sundays or on Mondays because we don’t work on the weekends – everybody needs a break
